Durant Hotel
LocationThe Durant is a large hotel located one block south of campus. It is a short walk to Evans Hall. Single: $139/nt, Double: $159/nt. Bancroft Hotel
LocationThe Bancroft is a small hotel located on Bancroft Street, which borders campus on the south side. It is a short walk to Evans Hall. All rooms are Single rooms with a Queen bed: $129/nt However, they have 5 rollaways (total), and you can request one for an additional $10/nt. Parking: $15/nt. Prices include breakfast, and free wifi. Prices subject to a 12% tax. Note: It is an historic building, and as such, has no wheelchair access, and no elevator (it is 3 stories tall.) Berkeley City Club
LocationThe City Club is a medium-sized hotel, and former club located one block south of campus, on Durant street. It is a unique and historic hotel, designed by Julia Morgan; see their website for more information. They have a variety of room configurations, some appropriate for one person, some for two. Prices Sun-Thurs: 115/nt, Fri-Sat: 140/nt. Some rooms can accomodate a rollaway for an additional $10/nt. Free wifi available in some parts of the building. Prices subject to a 12% tax. LocationThe Doubletree is a large hotel located at the exotic location of Berkeley Marina, overlooking the San Francisco bay. It is little far from campus on the west side.
